We understand that when you hire us to recruit for your firm, you trust us to become a professional extension of your company. These is why we will present your company in the best light possible and represent your firm in the utmost professional manner. We offer two recruiting package options:
Option 1: Consultant Option
We can serve as a consultant to you under a contract where we are paid by the hour for our services. This contract is very flexible and can be terminated by you at any time. This allows you to remain in the driver’s seat and control the billing. This option can be very cost effective for higher level candidate searches since there will be no placement fee to you once a candidate is hired. On the down side, there are no guarantees that a placement will occur.
Option 2: Contingency Placement Option
We can work on your behalf to place candidates into your firm. Once a candidate is placed, a fee will be charged to you for a percentage of the candidates first years salary. This option comes with a 90 day guarantee if the candidate leaves your firm for any reason. (There is a sliding scale for reimbursement of these fees, please see our agreement / contract for details).
Other Services:
Reference Checks
If you have already narrowed your search down and found a few good candidates, we can conduct reference checks for you. This is done at a reduced administrative hourly rate. A written transcription of the telephone reference call will be provided to you. Please call us for a quote for our hourly fee for this service.
Initial Interview
An initial interview can be conducted with candidates that you have hand selected from your own efforts. We will then conduct the initial telephone interview for you and provide a transcribed report for your review. This service allows you to screen down to a few select candidates for face to face interviews. Please call us for a quote for our hourly fee for this service.
