Step 1: Initial Analysis
We believe this is the most critical step in our process and we will take the time necessary to get it right the first time. We will have a detailed conversation with you about your staffing needs and develop a plan for reaching the best candidates for your firm at an affordable price. On occasion a salary survey may be conducted and provided to you to establish the correct salary range for the position based on the title, job description and your company location.

Step 2: Job Description / Job Posting Development
We take the time to write quality ads for your position, because it is our philosophy that quality ads attract quality candidates. Once the ad is written, a draft of the ad will be sent to you for your approval and mark up. This ensures that we have a clear understanding of what the position entails and what you seek in a candidate.

Step 3: Advertisement
It is essential that your ads be posted to the best available sources for quality candidates. We will develop and present an advertising proposal custom tailored to your location and position. This proposal will be presented for your review and you will pick and choose where you wish to advertise. All advertising costs will be billed back to you on the first of the month after you sign your contract. We do not mark up any advertising as some firms do. All advertising will be billed to you at cost.

Step 4: Evaluation and Screening of applicants
Candidates will be screened for their suitability to your position. Once the prospective candidate’s resumes are screened and you show interest in the candidate, a formal telephone interview will be conducted by us and a typed document will be presented for your review. If there is still interest on your behalf, then a face to face interview will be scheduled between you and the candidate.

Step 5: Reference checks
Once you have decided that we have found you a suitable candidate, we can provide reference checks for you. The reference checks will be conducted via telephone and a written document will be presented to you for your review.

Step 6: The Offer
Once we are confident that we have found the right candidate for your position, we can help you through the offer negotiation stage. This can be a bit tricky and we will serve as the liaison throughout this process.

Step 7: Follow up
We will conduct a follow up with both the candidate and the hiring manager to ensure that things are going smoothly for both. Typically there will be a follow up call at one week and at one month.
