Clients choosing option 1 (Consultant Option):
Our consulting services will be charged a flat hourly fee plus any advertising costs. Our hourly fees are substantially lower than the industry and in most cases less than half the hourly fee of typical retainer recruiting firms. Bills go out on the first of the month for services that were conducted the previous month.
Clients choosing option 2 (Contingency Option):
for our contingency agreement clients will be charged a flat rate of 10% of the candidate’s first year salary plus advertising expenses. This is half of the cost of the recruiting industry standard of 20% or more.

It is simple; we keep our overhead low and our service high. The result is a steady flow of clients. Our philosophy is that there is nothing better than the feeling of getting a good company and a good candidate together and watching a firm grow. We may not make the six figure incomes that many executive recruiters make; we do this because we love it!
